From what time can guests check in at Villa Kali Ubud?
Check-in at Villa Kali begins at 2:00 PM. You may drop off your luggage from 11:00 AM while we prepare the villa. For any arrival after 8:00 PM, a fee of 200,000 IDR applies for the staff.
Until what time can guests stay for check-out, and is late departure possible?
The standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. A late check-out is possible subject to availability. It is charged at 50% of the nightly rate until 6:00 PM, and 100% beyond that. We will be happy to store your luggage after your check-out.
Is breakfast included? Can guests book a private chef at the villa?
Breakfast is not included to give you total flexibility. You may:

Is housekeeping done daily in the villa?
Yes, a full daily housekeeping service is provided between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Bed linens are changed every three days to help preserve Bali’s resources. The cleaning time can be arranged with the staff to ensure your privacy.
Do you provide enough bath and pool towels?
Of course. We provide all the towels you need. Extra clean towels, whether for the bathroom or the pool, are available upon simple request from the villa staff.
How many people can sleep in the villa? What is the maximum capacity?
Villa Kali is a 3-bedroom villa designed to accommodate up to 6 guests in the greatest comfort. Extra beds cannot be added.
